<p>In final, adaugam in compozitie albusurile batute spuma, amestecam bine cu un tel pana sunt complet inglobate. Compozitia rezultata este lichida, avand aspectul unei ciorbe, asa trebuie sa arate, in cuptor, in timpul coacerii se vor alege singure blatul si crema.</p>

<p>Ungem o tava cu ulei si o tapetam cu faina, turnam compozitia obtinuta in tava si o introducem in cuptorul preincalzit pentru 1 ora, la foc mic spre mediu, atentie supravegheati prajitura pentru a nu se arde. De preferat ar fi sa nu deschideti usa cuptorului in timpul coacerii.</p>

Aceasta prajitura este exceptionala, foarte usor de facut si foarte gustoasa, pot spune ca este prajitura pe care o adoram in copilarie. Sa incepem.<br />

Luam o tava (eu am folosit o tava cu masurile de 26cm/38cm), ungem dosul tavii cu untura sau ulei, tapetam cu faina, apoi luam compozitia pentru o foaie o punem pe dosul tavii uns si tapetat si incepem sa intindem cu o spatula, intr-un strat uniform.<br />
Introducem tava in cuptorul incins in prealabil si o lasam la copt la foc mic, aproximativ 25 &#8211; 30 minute, atentie sa nu o ardeti. Dupa ce s-a copt scoateti foaia de prajitura pe un fund de lemn si o lasati la racit, in cazul in care s-a lipit putin de fundul tavii, ajutati-va de un cutit cu lama lunga si subtire, pe care il treceti usor pe sub foaia de copt, pentru a o desprinde de dosul tavii, aveti grija sa nu crapati foaia..</p>

<p>Luam cratita cu compozitia obtinuta si o punem pe foc pe baie de aburi, si amestecam cu o spatula pana ce compozitia se ingroasa(daca ati facut cocoloase, puneti mixerul in functiune, veti remedia situatia imediat, eu am folosit mixerul cap coada la aceasta crema, ca sa nu am probleme). Eu am facut crema pe flacara, insa dedesubtul cratitei am avut o tabla pe care de obicei coc ardeiul si vinetele, daca o faceti direct pe foc aveti mare grija ca s-ar putea sa se prinda de fundul cratitei si sa se afume. Va recomand totusi sa o faceti pe baie de aburi pentru o mai mare siguranta. Dupa ce crema s-a intarit o lasati sa se raceasca complet.</p>

<p>Intre timp, puneti margarina intr-un castron (margarina trebuie sa fie moale, la temperatura camerei), adaugati 40g zahar pudra si mixati totul, pana se omogenizeaza bine.</p>

<p>Acum ca avem totul pregatit, incepem sa asamblam prajitura. Luam o tava mare, punem prima foaie de prajitura pe tava, intindem peste ea intreaga cantitate de crema, uniform, acoperim cu cea de a doua foaie si lasam prajiturica de pe o zi pe alta in camara, sa se aseze ( atentie, nu in frigider). A doua zi o pudrati cu zahar pudra, o taiati felii si o serviti. Este delicioasa, va recomand sa o incercati. Eu am avut-o pe masa de Craciun si toti invitatii au fost incantati de gustul ei. Spor la treaba si sa aveti pofta!!</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Spalam bine visinele, le indepartam coditele si le scoatem samburii dupa care le punem intr-o strecuratoare la scurs. Puteti folosi si visine congelate sau din compot.</p>

<p>Intr-un castron spargem ouale, adaugam zaharul tos, pliculetele de zahar vanilinat si mixam pana se omogenizeaza bine.</p>

<p>Peste visinele pe care le-am pus la scurs, adaugam 2 linguri de faiana si le amestecam.</p>

<p>Presaram apoi visinele, peste compozitia din tava si introducem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit. O lasam la copt la foc mic spre mediu timp de 30-35 minute.</p>

<p>Dupa ce scoatem prajitura din cuptor, o lasam la racit apoi daca dorim o putem pudra cu zahar. Este o prajiturica foarte simplu de pregatit si va asigur ca este delicioasa.</p>

Am pus ingredientele in cuva,, in ordinea urmatoare: laptele caldut, ouale, esentele de rom, untul taiat cubulete, zaharul tos, pliculetul de drojdie uscata, faina si sarea. Am lasat la framantat si dospit in total 1ora 30 minute. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Daca nu aveti masina de paine (va recomand din toata inima sa achizitionati una, va usureaza foarte mult munca, framanta si dospeste aluaturile foarte bine, si mai are si alte functii care ajuta mult) puteti framanta aluatul cu mana. Puneti ingredientele intr-un castron mai mare in urmatoarea ordine, faina, drojdia, zaharul tos, untul taiat cubulete, laptele, ouale, esentele de rom si sarea, framantati bine aluatul timp de 20 minute, dupa care il lasati la dospit acoperit cu un prosopel curat, intr-un loc caldut.</span></span></p>

Data viitoare cand o mai fac in loc de drojdie voi pune praf de copt, atunci isi va pastra forma initiala (aceea de cand o pui in tava).</span></p>

Dupa ce am obtinut frisca, adaugam mierea, laptele, esenta de vanilie, gelatina dizolvata in prealabil in apa (atentie in momentul incorporarii gelatinei in frisca gelatina trebuie sa fie lichida, daca s-a intarit intre timp mai adaugati putina apa peste ea si amestecati pana la diluare) si mixam pana se incorporeaza bine toate ingredientele. Crema obtinuta astfel o punem in frigder pana incepem sa asamblam prajitura.</span></p>

Adaugam faina in ploaie, putin cate putin si amestecam continu, adaugam si margarina si amestecam pana la omogenizare.</span></span></p>
