Am pus ingredientele in cuva in urmatoarea ordine: laptele caldut, galbenusurile, margarina, zaharul tos, zaharul vanilinat, drojdia, esenta de rom, faina si sare si am lasat aluatul la framantat si dospit 1ora jumatate. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Aluatul puteti sa-l framantati la fel de bine si cu mana. Daca faceti aluatul cu mana procdati in felul urmator:</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Intr-un castron punem 80g faina (din cantitatea de faina necesara), pliculetul de drojdie uscata, 80 g zahar tos(deci intrega cantitate necesara) si 50ml lapte (din cantitatea de lapte necesara). Framantam din aceste ingrediente o maia pe care o punem la dospit pentru 20 minute intr-un loc caldut. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Dupa ce maiaua a dospit, intr-un castron mai mare adaugam restul de ingrediente necesare pentru aluat, punem maiaua in mijloc si incepem sa framantam bine aluatul. Lasati apoi aluatul la dospit pentru o ora.</span></span></p>

Aluatul puteti sa-l framantati la fel de bine si cu mana. Puneti intr-un castron mare toate ingredientele necesare pentru aluat si framantati bine. Lasati apoi aluatul la dospit pentru o ora.</span></span></p>

Punem branza intr-o parte a foi doar, de-a lungul foietajului si apoi incepem sa rulam cat putem de strans, insa atentie, rulam o data ungem cu margarina ruloul, rulam in continuare, ungem din nou si tot asa pana la capat. La capete il strangem putin, astfel incat sa nu ne iasa umplutura.</span></span></p>

Il coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la foc minim si mediu intre 25-35 minute pana vedem ca ia o culoare aurie si creste foietajul.</span></span></p>
