<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-size: small;">Aluatul pentru aceasta frumusete de paine eu l-am preparat in masina de facut paine. Am pus in cuva ingredientele in urmatoarea ordine: lapte caldut, uleiul, ouale, zaharul tos, pliculetele de drojdie uscata, faina si un praf de sare. Am lasat aluatul la framantat si dospit in masina de facut paine o ora.si jumatate.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-size: small;">Daca nu aveti masina de facut paine, framantati aluatul cu mana. Puneti faina intr-un castron, adaugati zaharul tos, drojdia uscata, ouale, uleiul, laptele caldut si sarea si incepeti sa framantati 20 – 30 minute aluatul pana obtineti un aluat elastic, care nu se lipeste de mana. Acoperiti aluatul obtinut cu un prosopel curat si puneti-l la dospit pentru o ora, la loc caldut.</span></span></p>

Este o paine deosebita, care pe langa ca este minunata la gust este si frumusica foc si merita incercata. Desi pare greu de realizat, cand incepi sa o modelezi, nu e atat de greu. Se pastreaza minunat daca o puneti dupa ce se raceste intr-o punguta de plastic.</span></span></p>

Am pus in cuva ingredientele in urmatoarea ordine: lapte caldut, untul topit in cuptorul cu microunde (insa lasati-l sa ajunga la o temperatura rezonabila, nu il puneti fierbinte), pliculetul de drojdie uscata, zaharul tos, faina si un praf de sare. Am lasat aluatul la framantat si dospit in masina de facut paine 2 ore.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-size: small;">Daca nu aveti masina de facut paine, framantati aluatul cu mana. Puneti faina intr-un castron, adaugati zaharul tos, drojdia uscata, untul topit, laptele caldut si sarea si incepeti sa framantati 20 – 30 minute aluatul pana obtineti un aluat elastic, care nu se lipeste de mana. Acoperiti aluatul obtinut cu un prosopel curat si puneti-l la dospit pentru 2 ore, la loc caldut.</span></span></p>

Am pus ingredientele in cuva,, in ordinea urmatoare: laptele caldut, ouale, esentele de rom, untul taiat cubulete, zaharul tos, pliculetul de drojdie uscata, faina si sarea. Am lasat la framantat si dospit in total 1ora 30 minute. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Daca nu aveti masina de paine (va recomand din toata inima sa achizitionati una, va usureaza foarte mult munca, framanta si dospeste aluaturile foarte bine, si mai are si alte functii care ajuta mult) puteti framanta aluatul cu mana. Puneti ingredientele intr-un castron mai mare in urmatoarea ordine, faina, drojdia, zaharul tos, untul taiat cubulete, laptele, ouale, esentele de rom si sarea, framantati bine aluatul timp de 20 minute, dupa care il lasati la dospit acoperit cu un prosopel curat, intr-un loc caldut.</span></span></p>

Dupa ce s-a copt o scoatem din cuptor si o lasam la racit pe un fund de lem, acoperita cu un prosopel curat, pentru minim 30 minute. Este de o bunatate rara. </span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;">In timpul coacerii, coronita mea cu ciocolata a crescut atat de mult incat s-a unit in mijloc <img src='http://gourmandine.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  dar vreau sa spun ca nu regret deloc pentru ca arata atat de bine si este atat de buna!! Data viitoare cand o mai fac in loc de drojdie voi pune praf de copt, atunci isi va pastra forma initiala (aceea de cand o pui in tava).</span></p>

Am pus ingredientele in cuva in urmatoarea ordine: laptele caldut, galbenusurile, margarina, zaharul tos, zaharul vanilinat, drojdia, esenta de rom, faina si sare si am lasat aluatul la framantat si dospit 1ora jumatate. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Aluatul puteti sa-l framantati la fel de bine si cu mana. Daca faceti aluatul cu mana procdati in felul urmator:</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Intr-un castron punem 80g faina (din cantitatea de faina necesara), pliculetul de drojdie uscata, 80 g zahar tos(deci intrega cantitate necesara) si 50ml lapte (din cantitatea de lapte necesara). Framantam din aceste ingrediente o maia pe care o punem la dospit pentru 20 minute intr-un loc caldut. </span></span></p>

Am pus ingredientele in cuva in urmatoarea ordine: apa, zaharul tos, margarina, drojdia, untura, faina si sarea si am lasat aluatul la framantat si dospit 1ora jumatate. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Aluatul puteti sa-l framantati la fel de bine si cu mana. Daca faceti aluatul cu mana procdati in felul urmator:</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Intr-un castron punem 80g faina(din cantitatea de faina necesara), pliculetul de drojdie uscata, 50 g zahar tos(deci intrega cantitate necesara) si 50ml apa(din cantitatea de apa necesara). Framantam din aceste ingrediente o maia pe care o punem la dospit pentru 20 minute intr-un loc caldut. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Dupa ce maiaua a dospit, intr-un castron mai mare adaugam restul de ingrediente necesare pentru aluat, punem maiaua in mijloc si incepem sa framantam bine aluatul. Lasati apoi aluatul la dospit pentru o ora.</span></span></p>

Am pornit aparatul si am lasat aluatul la framantat si dospit timp de 1 ora jumatate.</span></span></p>
