Turnam imediat sosul de rosii diluat cu apa. Condimentam cu vegeta si adaugam ardeii in oala. Daca este necesar, se mai adauga in oala apa cat sa acopere bine ardeii. Lasam totul la fiert la foc mic aproximativ o ora jumatate – doua.</span></span></p>

Din toate aceste ingrediente framantam o coca, pe care o intindem intr-o patura de jumatate de centimetru, apoi o punem intr-o forma de tarta unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu faina in prealabil. Se aseaza deasupra tartei o foaie de hartie de copt pe care se pun boabe de orez sau fasole uscata, pentru a nu lasa aluatul sa creasca, si se da la cuptor 10 minute la foc mic.</span></span></p>

Scoatem tarta din cuptor, dup acele 20 de minute, ornam tarta deasupra cu spum de albusuri, dupa preferinte si o mai lasam la cuptor inca aproximativ 25 -30 minute, la foc mic, pana bezeaua de deasupra devine aurie.</span></span></p>
