Peste ceapa adaugam dovlecelul razalit si lasam totul la calit timp de 10 minute. Intre timp rosia o dam pe razatoare, avand grija sa eliminam coaja. Adaugam rosia razalita peste ceapa si dovlecel, mai lasam totul pe foc 5 minute, dupa care punem compozitia intr-un strecurator la scurs. Zatul ce se scurge il vom pastra pentru prepararea sosului.</span></span></p>

Dupa ce am umplut toti dovleceii, turnam cu polonicul peste ei sosul de smantana.
