Adaugam apoi 2 oua din cele trei oua fierte – 1 ou pastram pentru decorat salata &#8211; pe care le taiem in prealabil feliute subtiri, amestecam din nou si condimentam cu sare si piper dupa gust.</span></span></p>

Cand a dat in clocot o tragem intr-o parte, adaugam gelatina dizolvata si amestecam repede si incontinu pana se incorporeaza bine. (atentie, gelatina trebuie sa fie lichida in momentul adaugarii sa nu se fi intarit intre timp, daca s-a intarit adaugati inca putina apa pentru a o fluidiza). Lasam crema obtinuta putin la racit, eventual pentru a grabi procesul de racire punem cratita in care am preparat-o cu fundul in chiuveta si lasam apa rece sa curga pe langa cratita – avem grija sa nu intre apa in compozitie. .</span></span></p>
