50g zahar pudra (pentru amestecat cu zmeura)<br />
4 albusuri<br />
80g zahar (pentru batut cu albusurile)<br />
Zahar pudra pentru pudrat deasupra<br />
Cateva zmeurici pentru a decora sufleurile deasupra<br />
Unt cat o nuca pentru a unge recipientele in care coacem sufleul</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Aici avem o reteta foarte finutza si usoara. Cred ca nu exista persoana careia sa nu-i placa zmeurica…<br />
Aceasta reteta puteti foarte bine sa o preparati si inlocuind zmeura cu capsunile.<br />
Asadar, spalam bine zmeura si o punem intr-un castron, dupa care cu un blender vertical o pisam pana obtinem o pasta.</p>

<p>Pasta de zmeura, pentru a avea o textura foarte fina, o trecem printr-o sita, pentru a indeparta semintele de zmeura.</p>

<p>Peste pasta de zmeura data prin sita, adaugam 50g zahar pudra si amestecam, pana se inglobeaza complet.</p>

<p>Punem albusurile intr-un castron si incepem sa mixam, pana albusurile devin spuma. Adaugam apoi 80g zahar tos, putin cate putin si mixam, in continuare, pana obtinem o spuma lucioasa.</p>

<p>In spuma de albusuri obtinuta, adaugam pasta de zmeura si amestecam usor cu o spatula, de jos in sus, pana se incorporeaza complet.</p>

<p>Luam o tava, o tapetam cu hartie de copt si asezam in ea bolurile pentru sufleu unse, in prealabil cu unt.</p>

<p>Umplem fiecare bol cu spuma de albus si zmeura, nivelam suprafata cu lama unui cutit, dupa care cu ajutorul unui deget curatam marginea fiecarui bol, de jur imprejurul, pentru ca spum sa poata sa se sesprinsa de bol si sa creasca la cuptor. In introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit si lasam sufleul la copt pentru 8 minute.</p>

<p>Dupa ce scoateti sufleurile din cuptor, le pudrati rapid cu zahar pudra, le puneti cate o zmeurica in varf si le duceti urgent la masa.<br />
Atunci cand le scoateti din cuptor sufleurile, ele sunt foarte aratoase pentru ca sunt crescute, insa se lasa foarte repede, de aceea daca doriti sa va impresionati musafirii cu un preparat nu numai delicious, ci si aratos, va trebui sa serviti la masa aceste sufleuri foarte repede.<br />
Aceste sufleuri se pot servi, atat calde, cat si reci.<br />

<p>Ardeii grasi (verde, rosu si galben) ii spalati bine sub jet de apa, le scoateti cotoarele si ii curatati de seminte dupa care ii taiati fasiute subtiri.</p>

<p>Ardeiul iute il saplati, ii indepartati si lui cotorul si semintele, dupa care il taiati foarte foarte marunt.</p>

<p>Ceapa verde o spalati, o curatati si o taiati rondele marunte.</p>

<p>Spaghetti le puneti la fiart intr-o oala cu apa clocotinta sis are(atentie, le adaugati in oala doar cand fierbe apa). Lasati spaghetti la fiert intre 10-15 minute(depinde de gustul fiecaruia, daca va plac mai aldente sau mai fierte). Dupa ce s-au fiert, le scoatem intr-o strecuratoare, le puteti trece pe sub un jet de apa rece(nu este obligatoriu) si le lasati la scurs.</p>

<p>Luam o tigaie mare, punem in ea putin ulei de masline, adaugam ceapa verde si o lasam cateva mintute la calit, dupa care, scoatem ceapa pe o farfurie.</p>

<p>In aceeasi tigaie, adaugam din nou putin ulei de masline, punem in tigaie ardeiul gras si cel iute si il lasam la calit cateva minutele dupa care il scoatem si pe acesta pe o farfurie.</p>

<p>Intr-un final, in aceeasi tigaie pe care am folosit-o pana acum, punem putin ulei de masline, adaugam cubuletele de piept de pui si le lasam la prajit cateva minute pana prind o crusta frumoasa (sfatul meu este sa nu prajiti pieptul de pui prea mult, isi v-a pierde din suculenta si va fi foarte uscat).</p>

<p>Am prajit fiecare ingredient pe rand pentru ca timpul lor de pregajire este diferit si am vrut ca fiecare in parte sa se gateasca asa cum trebuie.<br />
Pentru ca din aceste ingrediente vor rezulta cateva portii generoase, va recomand sa folositi o tigaie mare, incapatoare, eu in final am folosit un wok mare.<br />
Asadar, dupa ce avem totul prajit, calit, punem o tigaie mare pe foc, adaugam in ea cativa stropi de ulei de masline, pieptul de pui, bacon-ul, ardeii, ceapa (toate gatite in prealabil), condimentam cu sare si piper dupa gust si amestecam.</p>

<p>Adaugam apoi smantana dulce pentru gatit, amestecam lasam alte 2 minute pe foc.</p>

<p>… iar, in final, adaugam spaghetti fierte si scurse, amestecam cu grija ajutandu-ne de doua furculite, presaram deasupra patrunjel verde tocat marunt si mancarica noastra este gata de servit. O bunatate, usor de pregatit si foarte gustoasa!!! Pofta buna!</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Mancarica pe care v-o propun astazi este delicioasa, asa ca va recomand sa o incercati cat mai curand. Este sanatoasa si foarte usor de pregatit… sa incepem….<br />
Curatam si spalam bine ficateii de pui, apoi ii punem la scurs intr-o strecuratoare.</p>

<p>Dupa ce avem toate ingredientele pregatite, punem apa intr-o oala, atat sa acopere bine toate legumele, adaugam in oala morovii taiati rondele, buchetelele de conopida, mazarea congelata si un praf de sare, dupa care lasam totul la fiert, pana se patrund legumele aproximativ 20-25 minute.</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Va recomand sa folositi caise sanatoase, aromate si bine coapte pentru a obtine o dulceata delicioasa. Spalam bine caisele, apoi le despicam in doua, scoatem samburii si le punem intr-o oala.</p>

<p>Punem oala cu caise pe foc si le fierbem in suc propriu pana se topesc si scad de vreo 2 degete (eu le-am fiert aproximativ 45 &#8211; 50 minute) amestecam in oala din cand in cand, cu o lingura curata de lemn si avem grija sa nu se prinda.</p>

<p>Dupa ce caisele au scazut, le luam de pe foc si le lasam sa se odihneasca pana a doua zi.</p>

<p>A doua zi punem oala din nou pe foc, o aducem la fierbere, adaugam zaharul si lasam sa fiarba fructele impreuna cu zaharul aproximativ 1 ora, pana scade dulceata de 3-4 degete bune. In tot acest timp amestecam in oala cu o lingura curatata de lemn.</p>

<p>Dupa ce dulceata a scazut suficient, tragem oala de pe foc si o turnam in borcane.<br />
Ca sa va dati seama daca dulceata este indeajuns de fiarta, spre sfarsitul procesului de fierbere, puteti scoate cate o lingura de dulceata pe o farfurie si o lasati sa se raceasca, daca dulceata se intareste putin fata de cand ati scos-o, inseamna ca ati fiert-o suficient si puteti sa o luati de pe foc.</p>

<p>Dulceata fierbinte, se toarna (cu ajutorul unui polonic si a unei palnii) in borcane pe care le spalati foarte bine in prealabil si le lasati sa se usuce. Capacele se pun intr-o oala cu apa si li se da un clocot, pentru a fi sterilizate.<br />
Sub borcane puneti lama unui cutit, pentru a nu se crapa in momentul in care turnati in ele dulceata fierbinte.<br />
Dupa ce ati turnat dulceata in borcane, infiletati foarte bine capacele, lasati sa se raceasca iar a doua zi depozitati-le in camara.</p>

<p>1 pepene galben 1kg 200g a avut al meu (pentru ca tortul sa fie de vis, va recomand sa luati un pepene bine copt, dulce, aromat, nu unul cu gust de castravete :) , va spun asta pentru ca sunt patita)<br />

<p>Punem intr-un castron 150 ml lapte, adaugam praful de frisca si mixam pana se intareste.</p>

<p>Punem galbenusurile intr-un castron de sticla, termorezistent, adaugam pliculetele de zahar vanilinat, zaharul tos si mixam pana la omogenizare.</p>

<p>Apoi, punem castronul cu aceasta crema pe foc, pe baie de aburi si il lasam pana zaharul se topeste, atentie nu se fierbe si se amesteca in permanenta crema cu un tel.</p>

<p>Intre timp, punem pliculetele de gelatina intr-un bol, adaugam peste 200ml apa, amestecam cu o lingura si punem gelatina la topit in cuptorul cu microunde pentru maxim 1 minut, scoatem apoi bolul si amestecam sa omogenizam bine.</p>

<p>Turnam gelatina dizolvata in crema de galbenusuri cu zahar, amestecam cu bine cu telul pana se incorporeaza, pentru a nu ramane cocoloase de gelatina, apoi puneti bolul cu fundul in chiuveta si lasati apa rece sa curga pe langa bol, pentru a grabi procesul de racire.</p>

<p>Adaugam apoi cubuletele de pulpa de piersici si amestecam usor cu o spatula. Cema obtinuta o pastrati la frigider pana terminate sic ea de a doua crema. Va recomand sa va grabiti cu prepararea celei de a doua creme, pentru ca prima crema sa nu se intareasca prea tare si sa aveti probleme cand asamblati tortul.</p>

<p>Adaugam in piureul de pepene 2 fiole esenta de lamaie, zaharul pudra si mixam cu blenderul din nou pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>Intre timp, punem pliculetele de geletina intr-un bol, adaugam peste 200ml apa, amestecam cu o lingura si punem gelatina la topit in cuptorul cu microunde pentru maxim 1 minut, scoatem apoi bolul si amestecam sa omogenizam bine.</p>

<p>Turnam piureul de pepene intr-un bol incapator, adaugam peste gelatina dizolvata si amestecam compozitia bine cu o spatula.</p>

<p>Lasam piureul de pepene la racit(in cazul in care s-a incalzit de la geltina dizolvata in microunde), iar cand ajunge la temperatura camerei adaugam in pireul de pepene, frisca batuta spuma si amestecam cu un tel de jos in sus, usor, pana se inglobeaza complet.</p>

<p>Peste siropul din compot in care au stat piersicile, adaugam putina apa pentru al dilua si amestecam (acest proces este optional, puteti sa nu diluati siropul).</p>

<p>Dupa ce avem pregatite ambele crème, incepem sa incorporam tortul. Luam o tava rotunda cu diametrul de 28 cm si peretele detasabil, asezam in mijlocul tavii, o foaie de blat, insiropam cu cateva linguri din siropul de compot si turnam crema cu piersici peste primul blat, ATENTIE, turnati doar o parte din crema, atat cat sa va permita sa mai adaugati in aceeasi tava pe langa asta, inca un blat si o parte din crema de pepene.</p>

<p>Peste crema cu piersici, adaugati inca o foaie de blat, insiropam din nou blatu; cu cateva linguri de sirop de compot, apoi turnam o parte din mousse-ul de pepene, pana umplem tava. Astea fiind facute, nu ne ramane decat sa punem tortul in frigider si sa il lasam pana a doua zi.</p>

<p>A doua zi, scoatem tortul din frigider, indepartam peretele detasabil al tavii, ornam tortul cu frisca si feliute de piersica dupa inspiratia fiecaruia si servim cu pofta o felie mare. Este un tort foarte racoros si usor.<br />
Din crema cu piersici, mousse-ul de pepene si foaia de blat care a mai ramas(mie mi-a mai ramas o foaie de blat pentru ca am cumparat un blat cu 3 foi, doar asa am gasit), putem face cateva cupe exceptionale.<br />
Luam 6 cupe, sfaramam pe fundul fiecareia cate o parte din blatul ramas, insiropam cu 1-2 linguri compot, adaugam peste cateva linguri din crema cu piersici, apoi cateva linguri din mousse-ul de pepene (impartim blatul si cremele in asa fel incat sa ne iasa cupele egal umplute). Punem cupele la rece pentru cateva ore sau pana a doua zi, apoi ornam cu frisca si piersici sau orice altceva, dupa bunul plac.</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Laptele condensat se foloseste in special ca ingredient pentru anumite crème, eu l-am cautat prin hipermarket-uri dar nu l-am gasit asa ca am decis sa-l pregatesc in casa… si vreau sa spun ca nu regret, este foarte simplu de pregatit si tare bun la gust, asadar sa incepem…<br />
Luam o cratita, punem in ea laptele, zaharul vanilinat, zaharul pudra si untul taiat cubulete.</p>

<p>Dupa ce untul si zaharul s-au topit, dam focul mai tare iar din momentul in care laptele da in clocot, lasam sa fiarba, timp de exact 10 minute, timp in care amestecam continu in cratita.</p>

<p>Dupa 10 minute, luam cratita de pe foc, o punem cu fundul in chiuveta si lasam apa rece sa curga pe langa cratita, timp in tot acest timp amestecam cu lingura pentru a grabi procesul de racie al laptelui condensate, o sa observati ca, cu cat laptele se raceste, cu atat prinde mai mult consistenta.<br />
Dupa ce s-a racit il puneti intr-un borcanel sau in orice alt recipient cu capac si il pastrati in frigider.</p>

<p>Vor fi prezentate ultimele noutati din domeniu, iar vizitatorii vor participa la degustari de produse si se vor bucura de preturi promotionale.</p>
<p>La targ veti avea parte si de nenumarate distractii, dansuri si concursuri, dar si de sesiuni de <em>face painting</em>.</p>
<p>Veti putea gusta ciocolata cu iasomie, fara zahar, cu ardei iute, antistress, energizanta, relaxanta, stropita cu polen, cu cacao iute sau umpluta cu cafea, zahar ars, frisca, martipan sau cine stie ce alte ingrediente pe care va lasam sa le descoperiti singuri!</p>
<p>“Cel mai bun cadou” va fi declarat castigator de un juriu international format din specialisti in nutritie si vedete TV.<br />
Vom avea un concert de muzica ambientala si caffe concert cu ocazia expozitiei.</p>
<p><strong>Fie ca va place aroma unei inghetate delicioase sau sunteti acolo pentru a face un cadou inedit cuiva drag avem convingerea ca nu veti lipsi de la acest eveniment!</strong></p>

<p>Umplutura o pregatim intr-un bol in care punem zaharul brun, adaugam scortisoara si amestecam pana se inglobeaza bine.</p>

<p>Intr-un robotel de bucatarie punem zaharul pudra, adaugam si compozitia pregatita mai inainte (unt, lapte vanilie) si mixam pana obtinem glazura. Va recomand sa pregatiti aceasta glazura in timp ce Cinnamon Rolls-urile sunt in cuptor, astfel glazura va fi suficient de fluida in momentul in care o adaugati deasupra fiecarui rulou, altfel, daca sta, incepe sa se intareasca, insa o puteti mixa din nou si isi revine.</p>

<p>Incepem sa pregatim aluatul.. eu am pus la framantat si dospit in masina de facut paine, pentru ca este mult mai simplu. Am pus in cuva ingredientele pentru aluat in urmatoarea ordine: apa calduta, laptele caldut, ouale, untul topit in prealabil, pliculetele de zahar vanilinat, zaharul tos, drojdia uscata, faina si sarea. Am lasat aluatul la framantat si dospit aproximativ 1 ora si jumatate.<br />
Daca nu aveti masina de facut paine, puteti foarte bine sa framantati aluatul si cu mana. Puneti faina intr-un castron, faceti o gaura in mijlocul ei si adaugati, drojdia, zaharul tos, zaharul vanilinat, ouale, untul topit in prealabil, apa calduta, laptele caldut  si un praf de sare, dupa care framantati bine timp de 20-30 de minute, apoi lasati aluatul la dospit timp de 1 ora, acoperit cu un servet curat, la loc caldut..</p>

<p>Pentru a taia rondele (de 3 &#8211; 4 cm grosime) din ruloul obtinut, ne folosim de un fir de ata (eu am folosit fir de macramé pentru ca este mai tare). Introducem firul de ata pe sub rulou, incrucisam capetele firului si strangem… ca in pozelele de mai jos.</p>

<p>Dupa ce rulourile s-au rumenit frumos, le scoatem din cuptor iar deasupra lor adaugam cate o lingura din glazura de zahar pudra.<br />
Le puteti servi atat calde cat si reci, sunt extraordinare. Pentru a le pastra cat mai proaspete, puneti-le dupa ce s-au racit intr-o punga de plastic.<br />
Cand sunt reci, daca doriti sa aiba aceeasi savoare ca si atunci cand le scoateti din cuptor le puteti pune pentru cateva secunde in cuptorul cu microunde, vor redeveni moi calde si super aromate ca la inceput.</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Incepem reteta prin prepararea dressing-ului… stoarcem sucul din lamaie.</p>

<p>Intr-un blender mic, punem alunele, adaugam, 4 linguri de ulei de masline, sucul de lamaie, iaurtul si mixam pana obtinem un dressing cremos.</p>

<p>Punem ouale de prepelita la fiert in apa cu sare, pentru 4-5 minute, apoi le scoatem, le lasam la racit dupa care le curatam de coaja si le taiem in doua.</p>

Morcovul il curatam si il taiem fideluta, sau il dati pe razatoarea speciala.<br />
Ridichiile le taiem rondele.<br />
Ceapa verde o curatam si o taiem marunt.<br />
Varza rosie o taiem fasiute subtiri, mai lunguiete.<br />
Salata verde create o rupem cu mana in bucatele mai mici.<br />
Frunzulitele de valeriana si rucola le lasam intregi.</p>

<p>Dupa ce avem totul pregatit, incepem sa facem salata.<br />
Luam un bol incapator, punem in el urmatoarele legume: rucola, varza rosie, morcovul, frunzulitele de valeriana, ridichiile, ceapa verde si salata verde create.</p>

<p>Deasupra turnam 3-4 linguri ulei de masline, condimentam cu sare si piper dupa gust, apoi incepem sa amestecam salata folosindu-ne de doua linguri. Atentie, amestecati cu grija sa nu fleciuti legumele pentru ca salata nu va mai arata atat de apetisanta.</p>

<p>Dupa ce ati amestecat legumele, luati farfuriile in care doriti sa serviti salata, puneti in fiecare farfurie o cantitatate din salata(dupa pofta si placere) deasupra salatei, din loc in loc, asezati cateva jumatati de rosii cherry, jumatati de oua de prepelita, cateva bucatele rupte de branza de capra si turnati dressing … apoi serviti.<br />
Este o bunatate de salatica, o combinatie care mie mi-a placut mult, poate va fi si pe gustul vostru. Pofta buna!</p>
