<p>In final, adaugam in compozitie albusurile batute spuma, amestecam bine cu un tel pana sunt complet inglobate. Compozitia rezultata este lichida, avand aspectul unei ciorbe, asa trebuie sa arate, in cuptor, in timpul coacerii se vor alege singure blatul si crema.</p>

<p>Ungem o tava cu ulei si o tapetam cu faina, turnam compozitia obtinuta in tava si o introducem in cuptorul preincalzit pentru 1 ora, la foc mic spre mediu, atentie supravegheati prajitura pentru a nu se arde. De preferat ar fi sa nu deschideti usa cuptorului in timpul coacerii.</p>

<p>Dupa ce prajiturica s-a copt o scoatem din cuptor, o lasam in tava la racit, o pudram cu zahar si apoi o putem servi. Este extraordinara, va recomand sa o incercati, se pregateste foarte rapid si este tare gustoasa.</p>

Ingrediente:

In aceasta ciocolata eu am adaugat nuca de cocos si miez de nuca prajit, important este faptul ca puteti sa adaugati si alte ingrediente cum ar fi stafide, coaja de portocala confiata, migdal, alune, biscuiti sau orice altceva va mai trece prin cap si va place…

2 fiole esenta de rom Dr. Oetker<br />
50g nuca de cocos</p>
<p><strong>Pentru stratul de ciocolata cu cacao si miez de nuca:</strong><br />
350g zahar tos<br />
100ml apa<br />
100g unt<br />
250g lapte praf Dr.Oetker<br />
40g cacao Dr. Oetker<br />
2 fiole esenta de rom Dr. Oetker<br />
300g miez de nuca prajit</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Pentru inceput, tapetam o tava cu hartie de copt, rasturnam samburii de nuca in tava, ii imprastiem uniform, introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit si lasam samburii la rumenit, la foc iute, pentru cateva minute (ATENTIE, supravegheati sa nu ii ardeti). Cand au prins o culoare rumena ii scoateti din  cuptor, iar cu lama unui cutit ii maruntiti putin, nu foarte mult. Dupa ce i-ati maruntit ii puneti intr-o strecuratoare pentru a cerne pielitele ce se desprind de pe samburi.</p>

<p>Luam o tava, o ungem cu unt si o acoperim complect cu o folie alimentara.</p>

<p>Acum putem incepe sa pregatim straturile de ciocolata.<br />
Stratul de ciocolata cu cacao.<br />
Luam o cratita, punem in ea apa si zaharul, o punem pe foc si lasam la fiert 5 minute, amestecand din cand in cand, in final se va forma un fel de sirop.</p>

<p>Dupa 5 minute, tragem cratita de pe foc, iar in apa cu zahar adaugam untul si amestecam pana se topeste in totalitate, dupa care adaugam fiolele de esenta de rom si amestecam din nou.</p>

<p>In compozitia rezultata adaugam laptele praf cernut si amestecam bine pana obtinem o compozitie omogena.</p>

<p>Peste aceasta compozitie adaugam cacaoa cernuta, amestecam din nou pana la omogenizare si astfel am obtinut primul strat de ciocolata.</p>

<p>Luam tava pe care am unso in prealabil cu unt si am tapetato cu folie alimentara, si turnam compozitia obtinuta in tava. Avem grija ca, compozitia sa fie intinsa uniform. Lasam sa se intareasca aproximativ 20 &#8211; 30 minute.</p>

<p>Dupa ce primul strat al ciocolatei s-a intarit, incepem sa pragatim cel de-al doilea strat.<br />

<p>Luam tava in care am pus primul strat de ciocolata si turnam peste, cel de-al doilea strat, stratul din ciocolata alba cu nuca de cocos. Din nou avem grija ca, compozitia sa fie intinsa uniform. Lasam sa se intareasca aproximativ 20 &#8211; 30 minute.</p>

<p>Dupa ce s-a intarit si cel de-al doilea strat de ciocolata, incepem sa pragatim cel de-al treilea strat .<br />
Stratul de ciocolata cu cacao si miez de nuca.<br />
Luam o cratita, punem in ea apa si zaharul, o punem pe foc si lasam la fiert 5 minute, amestecand din cand in cand, in final se va forma un fel de sirop.</p>

<p>Lasam ciocolata la intarit vreo 2-3 ore, dupa care scoatem ciocolata din tava, prin rasturnare (daca nu vrea sa iasa usor, de jur imprejurul ei, treceti cu lama unui cutit), apoi o intoarceti din nou cu partea cu miez de nuca in sus. Se serveste cu pofta insa, atentie, in cantitati mai mici.</p>

<p>Iar la sfarsit, dupa ce stingem focul, adaugam patrunjelul verde tocat marunt si amestecam. Daca, ficateii au iesit prea “baltosi”, ii punem intr-o strecuratoare pentru a scurge surplusul de zaţ.</p>

<p>Luam cate un piept intreg, il punem pe un tocator, iar cu ajutorul unui cutit il taiem in doua, astfel obtinem doua jumatati de piept.</p>

<p>Luam cate o jumatate de piept, o despicam, pe mijloc, cu ajutorul unui cutit, dupa care taiem bucata de piept in doua. Ideea este ca din fiecare piept de pui intreg trebuie sa obtinem 4 fileuri de piept.</p>

<p>Luam fiecare fileu in parte, il intindem pe o farfurie, il saram si il piperam dupa gust, in mijlocul lui punem o linguta din compozitia de ficatei, apoi un bastonas de mozzarella iar, in final doua bucatele de gogosar.</p>

<p>Incepem sa rulam fileu strans, incepand din partea mai lata. Fiecare rulou puteti sa il prindeti cu o scobitoare, dupa care, dupa care, inainte de a le servi le indepartati scobitoarea. Chiar daca nu toate rulourile va iasa atat de “estetice”, nu va ingrijorati, in cuptor ele se strang iar cand le veti scoate vor arata minunat.</p>

<p>Luam o tava, punem putin ulei, asezam rulourile in tava, printre rulouri punem si ciupercutele, deasupra dam un praf de sare si piper, iar in final mai adaugam pste rulouri si ciupercute un fir subtire de ulei.</p>

<p>Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit, si lasam rulourile la prajit pentru 35 – 40 minute, la foc mediu. Mozzarella s-ar putea sa iasa in tava, nu va speriati, nu este un capat de lume, totodata, din cauza ciupercutelor care lasa apa, in tava o sa se formeze suc, ar fi bine ca dupa 15 minute de cand ati introdus tava in cuptor, sa il scurgeti usor in chiuveta, dupa care sa mai dati tava la cuptor inca 15 – 20minute la foc mai rapid. In final vor iesi niste rulouri delicioase pe care le puteti servi chiar si reci a doua zi.</p>

<p>Alaturi de aceste rulouri din piept de pui umplute cu ficatei, am servit un sos de smantana.<br />
Luam o cratita, punem in ea smantana, galbenusurile, condimentam cu sare si piper dupa gust, adaugam ¼ lingurita amidon alimentar, 70ml sos Worcester, amestecam si lasam pe foc pana da de cateva ori in clocot. Adaugam sosul langa rulouri si servim. Mmm… o bunatate.</p>

<p>Peste ingredientele amestecate in prealabil adaugam untul taiat cubulete, galbenusurile, laptele si incepem sa mixam compozitia, folositi la mixer spatulele pentru aluat.</p>

<p>Cand compozitia s-a omogenizat, intindem pe masa o bucatica de folie alimentara, punem coca pe folie si o impachetam. Introducem coca obtinuta in frigider si o lasam la rece pentru 1 ora.</p>

<p>Dupa 1 ora, scoatem coca din frigider, infainam usor suprafata de lucru, rupem cate o bucatica din coca, rulam coca intre palme si suprafata de lucru pana obtinem un cilindru de grosimea unui deget mai subtirel, apoi cu un cutitas taiem cilindrul in bucatele cu o lungime de 10cm fiecare.</p>

<p>Tapetam o tava cu hartie de copt si punem cornuletele in tava, lasand intre ele un spatiu de 3m. le coacem 8-10 minute in uptorul preincalzit.</p>

<p>Dupa ce scoatem cornuletele din cuptor, le pudram cu zahar pudra. Aceste cornulete sunt un deliciu, atat de fragede, ti se topesc in gura si pe langa ca sunt atat de gustoase, se pastreaza foarte bine, pana la 2 saptamani, daca le puneti intr-o punguta de plastic.</p>

Intr-o cratita, punem apa cu sare si punem 4-5 oua la fiert, depinde cat de lunga este tava in care pregatim drobul. Le lasam la fiert pana devin tari, aproximativ 5 minute, dupa ce s-au fiert, le decojim.</p>

<p>Punem organele de miel intr-o oala, peste ele turnam apa atat cat sa le acopere bine, apoi adaugam un praf de sare si lasam totul la fiert pentru 35-45 minute. Ficatul, deoarece are un timp de firbere mai scurt decat restul organelor, il scoatem dupa aproximativ 15 minute de la fiert.</p>

<p>Dupa ce avem totul pregatit incepem sa pregatim compozitia pentru drob. Luam un castron incapator, punem in el organele de miel tocate, carnea de porc tocata, ceapa, usturoiul si patrunjelul tocate si calite in prealabil, condimentam cu un plic de condimente speciale pentru drob de la Fuchs, sare si piper dupa gust si amestecam cu mana pana obtinem o compozitie omogena. Adaugam in aceasta compozitie 3 oua si amestecam din nou, pana obtinem compozitia finala.</p>

<p>Din compozitia obtinuta eu am facut 2 droburi in 2 tavi de chec ce au avut dimensiuni de 11cm/30cm si o inaltime de 7cm. Un drob a fost umplut cu oua, celalalt drob a fost simplu.<br />
Luam o tava, o ungem cu putin ulei, aranjam prapurele in tava astfel incat atat fundul tavii cat si peretii ei sa fie imbracati cu praputrele si totodata sa ramana prapure si pentru a acoperii in final umplutura drobului.</p>

<p>Compozitia totala obtinuta, o impartim in doua, apoi partea de compozitie pe care o folosim pentru drobul umplut cu oua o mai impartim inca o data in doua. Jumatate din compozitie o punem in tava si o apasam bine cu mana, urmeaza apoi sa punem mijlocul drobului, de-a lungul tavii, ouale fierte si decojite in prealabil.</p>

<p>Apoi, peste oua adaugam cealalta jumatate din compozitia pentru acest drob, dupa care acoperim umplutura cu partile de prapure care le-am lasat sa atarne in exterior, pe marginile tavii.</p>

<p>Punem in tava toata compozitia ce am pastrat-o pentru cel de al doile drob, dupa care acoperim umplutura cu partile de prapure care le-am lasat sa atarne in exterior, pe marginile tavii.</p>

<p>Punem cele doua tavi cu drob, intr-o tava mai mare, apoi le introducem in cuptorul preincalzit, pentru 30- 40 minute, pana droburile se rumenesc frumos. Dupa ce s-au rumenit, scoatem tavile cu drob din cuptor, scoatem droburile din tavi si le lasam la racit pe un tocator de lemn. Pofta buna!!</p>

<p>Punem 6 albusuri intr-un catron incapator si incepem sa le batem cu mixerul, pana obtinem o spuma consistenta.</p>

<p>Luam o tava (a mea a avut dimensiunile de 24cm/38cm), o ungem cu ulei sau unt si o tapetam cu faina, apoi turnam compozitia pentru blat, nivelam egal si frumos, o introducem in cuptorul preincalzit si o lasam la copt intre 20 si 30 minute, depinde de cuptor. Pentru a verifica daca blatul este copt faceti testul cu scobitoarea. Dupa ce blatul este copt, il scoatem pe un fund de lemn si il lasam la racit.</p>

<p>Acum trecem la prepararea cremei cu ness. Intr-un bol punem ness-ul, adaugam 3 linguri de apa calda si amestecam cu o lingurita, pana se dizolva.</p>

<p>Intr-un alt bol, punem 3 galbenusuri si le amestecam cu o spatula pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>Intr-un castron mai incapator punem cubul de margarina, care trebuie sa fie moale, la temperatura camerei, adaugam zaharul pudra si incepem sa-l mixam, pana obtinem o compozitie omogena.</p>

<p>Peste bezea, radem din belsug ciocolata, pe razatoarea mica. De preferat ar fi sa lasati prajitura sa se aseze pana a doua zi (insa se poate servi si imediat).<br />
Prajiturica de fata, este o bunatate, va recomand sa o incercati, nu este deloc greu de facut, iar in final veti avea o satisfactie deplina cand veti servi familia sau invitatii si vor fi incantati de rezultat.</p>

<p>Cand ceapa a devenit rumenie, adaugam rosiile si lasam totul la calit inca 5 minute, amestecand din cand in cand.</p>

<p>Adaugam si usturoiul curatat si dat pe razatoarea mica, condimentam cu sare dupa gust, adaugam si 5 linguri de pasta de tomate, amestecam si lasam sa mai fiarba 5 minute.</p>

<p>Dupa 5 minute, incepem sa pisam compozitia, cu blenderul vertical, pana obtinem un sos.</p>

<p>Adaugam vinul, amestecam si mai lasam sa fiarba alte 2 &#8211; 3 minute.</p>

<p>Dupa ce avem totul pregatit, luam o tava incapatoare (in care sa ne incapa pestele), punem in ea cativa stropi de ulei, adaugam sosul pregatit inainte, dupa care asezam pestele peste sos. Peste peste mai putem adauga 4-5 felii de lamaie. Lasam pestele la cuptor pentru 35-40 minute, dupa care il scoatem pe un platou intins iar sosul il turnam pe langa el. Aceasta reteta nu este complicate deloc. Va recomand sa o incercati, este delicioasa, atat pestele cat si sosul au un gust absolut minunat.</p>

<p>Incepem sa pregatim unplutura. Punem intr-un bol crema de branza, adaugam peste ardeiul gras tocat marunt, sunculita toccata marunt, condimentam cu piper sis are dupa gust, adaugam maioneza si incepem sa amestecam totul, pana obtinem o compozitie omogena.</p>

<p>Dupa ce am pregatit umplutura, incepem sa pregatim blatul de rulada. Spargem 5 oua intr-un castron si mixam bine de tot, pana obtinem o spuma.</p>

<p>In spuma de oua adaugam cubuletele de unt, maioneza, condimentam cu piper sis are dupa gust si mixam din nou, pana toate ingredientele se inglobeaza complet.</p>

<p>In compozitia rezultata adaugam faina, amidonul si incepem sa mixam din nou, pana se inglobeaza totul bine si obtinem compozitia finala.</p>

<p>Tapetam o tava cu hartie de copt (eu am folosit o tava cu dimensiunile de 24-38cm), tapetati si marginile tavii, iar daca nu stau in sus, ungeti putin tava cu ulei, apoi puneti hartia de copt. Turnati in tava comozitia pentru blatul rulazii si nivelati usor cu o spatula.</p>

<p>Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit si coacem blatul rulazii timp de 10 minute la 200 grade Celsius, atentie, supraveghiati sa nu se arda.</p>

<p>Intre timp, pana se coace blatul, luam un prosop de bucatarie si il umezim putin. Dupa ce blatul s-a copt, il scoatem din cuptor, foarte rapid punem deasupra tavii un tocator mare de lemn, intoarcem tava cu fundul in sus si scoatem blatul pe tocator.</p>

<p>Mutam apoi usor blatul, fara sa il rupem pe prosopul umezit si il rulam strans, cat este inca fierbinte. Il lasam rulat in prosop, pana se raceste complet. Atentie, blatul rulazii trebuie asezat pe prosop cu fata in jos, asa incepem sa rulam, pentru ca rulada sa aiba un aspect frumos.</p>

<p>Intindem o folie de celofan pe masa, mutam cu grija rulada pe folie si incepem sa rulam folia pe rulada strans. Punem rulada la rece si o servim dupa cel putin 5-6 ore, timp in care o lasam sa se inbine gusturile si sa se fixeze mai bine.</p>
